Order Processing
All orders placed through Solar Sovereign are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your solar products arrive safely and on time.
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Freight shipping (for large solar panels or kits): 7–14 business days
- Expedited shipping: available upon request for an additional fee

Freight Shipping Details
Large solar panels, batteries, and complete solar kits ship via freight.
- The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected].
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions within the continental United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Notify us within 5 business days at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
